Director of Lean Enterprise and Customer Service
He has worked at Quad since 1996 when he took up the position of Technologist. In 1997, he moved to Sales and started as a Key Account Manager. In 2008 he became the Lean Enterprise Manager and since 2016 he has been the Director of Lean Enterprise and Customer Service. Currently, he is responsible for implementing and supporting the operation of Continuous Improvement Tools and Techniques at Quad Europe, organizing and coordinating Quad Europe’s goal management system (Strategy Deployment), leading production and business process optimization projects, as well as organizing and supervising the work of Print Solutions’ customer service and sales support departments.
He graduated from the Faculty of History at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He holds a postgraduate diploma in Promotion and Advertising. He studied Modern Techniques in Printing at the Warsaw University of Technology, and Management and Marketing at the Warsaw School of Economics. He holds numerous certificates in the area of Lean, business process optimization, and project management.
