An experienced Talent Management Expert. She joined Quad in 2022. She is responsible for building the Talent Management Programme and creating the necessary tools to support the development of current and future talent at Quad Europe. Her main responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, and retaining talent. She is also responsible for the DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) program at Quad Europe and is also involved in creating our Corporate Social Responsibility commitments. She started her professional career in 2007. She has worked in positions such as HR Manager, Resource Planning Manager (Construction division), and Talent Management Chief Specialist. She has implemented projects in the field of competence management, building employee evaluation systems, and employee development programs. In addition, she has experience working in a multicultural, international environment and managing distributed project teams.
She graduated in Human Resource Management from the University of Gdansk. She has obtained numerous licenses and certificates, including BELBIN Team Role Accreditation, Extended DISC questionnaire, and MAPP – questionnaire for potential incentives.
