What will your responsibilities be?

  • Self-management of campaign projects - from debrief to pitch.
  • Projects include; research, analysis of available market and consumer research, tracking trends, seeking inspiration, developing strategic ideas, writing concise briefs.
  • Working out communication plans, recommending communication channels and advertising formats.
  • Preparation of reports, analyses, key campaign summaries.
  • Creating and discussing presentations at client meetings.
  • Developing ideas and creative concepts in close collaboration with the Creative Department.
  • Work with the Client Services department on assigned projects.
  • Participate in tender projects and work with the New Business Department.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role in the strategy department of a full-service and/or digital agency.
  • Knowledge of new media (channels, formats, trends).
  • A very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken (at least a B2 level).
  • Understanding of analytical tools and frameworks.
  • Analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • Ability to synthesize collected data.
  • Presentation creation and delivery skills.
  • Openness to collaboration with the Creative Department and ease of discussion of ideas and concepts from the strategic side.
  • Knowing how to value feedback and being open to it.
  • Sense of humor 😊.
