Strategic Planner

Responsibilities

• Independently running campaign projects – from debrief to pitch.
• As part of the implemented projects: desk research, analysis of available market and consumer research, tracking trends, searching for inspiration, creating strategic ideas, writing concise briefs.
• Developing communication plans, recommending communication channels and advertising formats.
• Preparing reports, analyses, key campaign summaries.
• Creating and discussing presentations at meetings with clients.
• Close cooperation with the creative department on the development of ideas and creative concepts.
• Cooperation with the Client Service department on assigned projects.
• Participation in tender projects and cooperation with the New Business department.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar position in the strategy department of a full service and/or digital agency.
• Knowledge of new media (channels, formats, trends).
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (level B2).
• Knowledge of analytical tools and frameworks.
• Ability to think analytically and logically.
• Ability to synthesize collected data.
• Ability to create and present presentations.
• Openness to cooperate with the creative department and ease in talking about ideas and concepts from a strategic perspective.
• Sense of humor.
• Knowing the value of feedback and being open to it.
